Since 1999, Charlotte Hayes has been a Licensed Professional Counselor. With over fifteen years experience specializing in counseling and consulting, she has guided hundreds of clients toward a better career and more meaningful work.
Charlotte is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach. With over ten years experience working with Strong Interest Inventory and Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Charlotte focuses on assessing an individual’s interests and personality preferences. As a Certified Highlands Career Consultant since 1998, she has been a provider of the Highlands Ability Battery which focuses on identifying personal strengths, natural talents and abilities. She has conducted Highlands Ability Battery feedback conferences with more than 600 students, adults and corporate clients from companies including IBM, Bell South and Coca Cola.
Charlotte’s diverse professional experience in the fields of business consulting, nonprofit career services, outplacement and private practice have provided her with a wealth of insights that she brings to her client engagements. Her background in psychotherapy and mental health counseling means that her approach to career counseling is caring, insightful and focused.
Charlotte has also facilitated career related workshops for over ten years, with clients that range from recent graduates to experienced professionals. Known as an insightful and inspiring facilitator, she brings a depth of knowledge to participants.
From 2010-2011, Charlotte served as President of the Georgia Career Development Association. She was on the Board for four years and is a current member. She is also a member of the National Career Development Association as well as the Licensed Professional Counselors of Georgia.
Charlotte is married and a mother to three adult children. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in mathematics and earned her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. She currently lives in Atlanta and enjoys traveling, exercising and being active in the professional community.
